TrustyGarageDoor is a free referral service. We connect consumers and businesses with independent, third-party garage door companies ("Service Providers"). We are not a contractor, do not perform garage door work, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a Service Provider.
Service Providers in our network are independent businesses. They set their own prices, schedules, warranties, and terms; they are solely responsible for their work, their licensing, their insurance, and their compliance with applicable law. References to "vetting" or "verification" describe checks we perform at onboarding and periodically; they are not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any particular outcome.
You are responsible for evaluating any quote before approving work, for confirming any credentials that matter to you directly with the Service Provider, and for your agreement with them. We encourage you to ask for proof of insurance and license — reputable companies expect it.
